Important Information for all World’s Perfect Baby & Toddler Contestants

On this page, we will list all the information for the Baby and Toddler contestants and families in preparation for World’s Perfect Baby and World’s Perfect Toddler. Listed below is information for the International Perfect Pageant:

Age Divisions:

(age as of July 23, 2025)

Baby: 0–23 months

Toddler: 2–3 years

Competition Categories:

1. Summer Fashion: Any outfit she would wear on a hot summer day. There are no restrictions. It can be a swimsuit, summer dress, shorts/t-shirt, accessories are allowed.
2. Formal Attire: Any formal outfit she would wear to a Holiday gathering, special event, or Beauty Pageant. There are no restrictions.

Optional Categories,

each Optional is $25.00 or all 5 of them for $100.00:

• Most Beautiful: based on facial beauty
• Supermodel: based on modeling ability
• Fashionista: best on best Summer Fashion and Formal Attire outfits.
• Brightest Smile: based on the sincerity and sweetness of her smil
• Most Photogenic: based on a picture that you submit at check-in.

Special Note and Instructions: There is no make-up or hair extensions allowed. Clothing can literally be anything, glitz, natural, fashion forward, off the rack, custom designs. Hand held accessories are allowed. No props please. Judging is based on beauty of child, energy, smile, and “cuteness” factor. Parents may carry the baby, walk on the stage with the baby, or walk on the floor beside the runway. For the optional photograph that you may submit for Most Photogenic, please submit a natural headshot. Light retouching is allowed.

Entry Fee:

$195.00 per child. The entry fee includes her participation at World’s Perfect Baby Pageant and Model Search, her picture in the World’s Perfect Model Look Book, a copy of the Model Look Book, Perfect Tote Bag, and one free admission ticket for Parent/Relative.

Prizes:

• 0–23 months and 2–3 years Queen receives $500.00 cash, Perfect crown, banner, trophy, scepter, photoshoot with Baron DaParre, and will be featured in NYFW, join the Keepers of Crown Perfect Royalty.
• 5 Optional Queens (in each age division) will receive Perfect crown, banner, trophy, and invitation to walk in NYFW.
• Top 5 in both age divisions will receive Perfect trophy and invitation to walk in NYFW
• All Contestants will receive participation certificates, free entry to the National Citrus Pageant, and invitation to walk in NYFW.

Admission Tickets:

$20.00 for adult and children 7 years and older, children 6 years and under are complimentary. Each contestant receives one free admission ticket for Parent/Relative.

Schedule for World’s Perfect Baby

Saturday, August 2, 2025

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
All contestants check-in. Each contestant will check-in with Perfect Pageant Staff to receive contestant number, pick up complimentary Perfect Program Book, sign up for video/photo package, meet Pageant Staff and Sponsors, step and repeat photo opportunities, meet World’s Perfect Titleholders, and receive special gifts. At this time, you will purchase admission tickets and register for the Optional Competitions and submit your photogenic entry. Note: Each contestant will receive one complimentary admission ticket.

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
All contestants compete in Summer Fashion. Each contestant will walk down the 64 foot runway. Parents are allowed to accompany onstage or on the floor beside the stage in both age divisions. Each contestant will exit at the end of the runway, she will not have to walk back on the runway.

All contestants compete in Formal Attire. Each contestant will walk down the 64 foot runway. Parents are allowed to accompany onstage or on the floor beside the stage in both age divisions. Each contestant will exit at the end of the runway, she will not have to walk back on the runway.

Immediately after Formal Attire will be Crowning Ceremony and announcement of all Optional Awards/Titles, Top 5, and 2 new Queens (in 0–23 months and 2–3 years). There will be an official photoshoot for new Queens with Baron DaParre immediately after Crowning Ceremony and Awards Announcement.
